Is it possible to Specify Timeline in SEO

    I would like to know whether it is possible to mention specific timeline by which a person can bring few keywords in higher SERP in Google? If yes then how? Please let me know your expertise views.​

    It depends on your keyword. If you have high competitors keyword then it will take long time to get higher SERP. So i can't say the exactly time to getting high SERP. But in search engine optimization we say it will take approximately 3 to 5 month.

    It depends upon the keyword, the hard work and the content of your site you are working in.
    It will take upto 6 months for most of the sites to reach from no where to the first page of SERP if you are working hard. :)
