    Is it possible for someone to look at the Google Analytics data of a website when:
    - the person doens't have access to my Google Anaytics account, nor of someone else who's added as a user to the profile?

    No. You could workaround it by having someone access the account and then take screen shots of essential data. But that's not a long-term solution.

    No, someone with the access to the Google analytic account can see the data, no one else can.
