Is it possible to run co-op ads in a certain theme only? If so, how can I do that?

So, no matter how you set up your account, random ads will be selected automatically? Is it still effective?

I'll set this up on one domain and find out :) . If it works well, then I'll try to set this up on other domains, too.

Oh, right, if I want to run ads on a different domain, then I'd have to set up a new account ...

Yes you do. 1 Account per site. You can consolidate the weight for easy if inventory management later.
