Is it possible to resize a specific Slice in "Save for Web" mode?

I would like to save a slice in photoshop in a different size then default. When i go to save for web and try to resize the entire image, I have no way of knowing what the size of the slice that i need will be.

Is the only way to crop the slice, create a separate photoshop file and then save it as the size i need?

    Thanks!

I think there is no easier way. As far as I know you can change individually the output format and quality ( let's say slice1 will be JPEG and slice2 will be PNG ) but changing individually dimensions...think not, at least in Save for Web dialog.

If you need to resize a small amount of slices I'd suggest you to do it manually. Open it, resize, save.

If you need to resize a huge amount then I'd create a Photoshop Action.
