Is it possible to put a Contact form on this page?

I'm sure it can probably be done, but I'm completely clueless.. I need to find out if theres a way I can put a contact form onto this page, so it flows with the rest of the site... http://www.eileenbruce.com/contact.html .. I've seen a lot, and they just don't look good, and I'd like this to look classy and profesisonal.

If theres a way to do this, could someone REALLY dumb it down for me, I have absolutely no clue how to do any of this. I've been reading and reading all the contact form threads, and I'm still just clueless.

 

You can get one made with Custom Form Fields. Or can use Flash if you don't wish to use Font Face.

 

Go to this site and browse for contact form. They are Flash and all you need to do is drag and drop on your page as you would do with a picture....

 

Ahhh I should have said.. One of my requirements is that it not be flash

 

Yes we can do .. using ajax .

 

Or you could follow the (brief) tutorial at W3 schools and do it in PHP.
