I have a balance in paypal. I want to pay for something but don't want to reduce the balance in it. I want to charge the credit card I have added in paypal because I will be using the paypal balance for other purpose. Is it possible?
When I don't have a balance in my paypal I can still pay by charging with credit card. So I'm wondering if it is possible just like alertpay to have option to pay using credit card or the balance in the account.
Without balance in PayPal account, I think, you can not pay. You have to be balance in paypal account before payment.
I think you can. When you go to Paypal's website, they ask if you have an account and to sign in with your info. There is usually a section where you can choose to use a credit card. Just enter your credit card info instead of signing into Paypal. That might work.
Your ability to pay using a credit card, without logging in, depends on the account of the person you are paying money to. If they have not properly verified their account, paying with a credit card without logging in will not be an option. Additionally, if you do log in and you have a PayPal credit card it will become the default payment method when you pay with PayPal.
If you have a CC then just make a direct payment without logging-in at your paypal account. When you're redirected to the log-in page of paypal from any shopping cart just search for the option "Don't have a Paypal Account/Guest Check-out" at the bottom of the page.
If you are having Indian PayPal account, then you can pay through CC. You can't use your PayPal balance for any purchase.
