Is it possible to open and offshore real banking account?

I want to open a bank account in USA/CANADA. and want to do the transactions online and withdraw money through ATMs world wide (by prepaid master/visa cards). Is it possible?

Definitely SCAM! Beware!!! You can see on Talkgold, a member there lost more then 2k if I remeber right. He wanted to resell their cards.

I would also stay away from the other one.

 

The capitalgate site shows the World Trade Center in the NYC skyline.

To open a real US or Canadian bank account you really need to do it in person. If you have a US/Canada bank account you don't need prepaid card - just withdraw worldwide with your debit card.

 

You will also need either a Canadian or US address for your account opening.

otherwise every tom dick and harry would be opening up an account in canada from over seas.

you need a SSN for opening a bank account. if you can have a relative in US he/she can help. there is a account in HSBC " easy send account " they provide debit extra debit card for spouse or relatives. you can use them anywhere. Read more..

What about European bank accounts?

We don't have a patriot act in Europe so maybe we still can open a bank account without SSN or equivalent.
