I think your major problem is that you don't really have a focus. If you just had one site that you built up you could get to a point where you make $5.00 a day, but you don't just start out at $5.00.
I was like you. I wanted to simply make $5.00 a day. I read a few things about making a adsense website and it seemed easy. 100 days later and around 300 hours of work, I am averaging almost $2.00/day. Maybe in 6 more months I can get $5.00 a day. I could be going about it all wrong...but i would not say that making $5.00 per day from scratch is easy. Maybe once you are established and have a few websites under your belt it gets easier, but at the begining it is tough.
$5/day is not hard to earn. Now 1 of my established proxy can earn me stable $10/day. So,you can try startup proxy website to earn.
If you want to get $5.00 daily you must do following things: Prepare good site or blog Add original contents in it. Create good traffic in your blog or site. Add Adsense code in your site or blog. More and more posts added daily.

Theres many type of ad companies, find one that suits you and they should have further instructions to implement them into your site.

$5 is very easy to achieve these day. Offering a services is one quick way to earn money. Do something you good at. For example, designing a website. - Dynashox -
$5 per day is very easy to do so. You just need to make a blog and have adsense ads inside, with significant amount of traffic, you can have earned that much.
Keep in mind, those who posted are the lucky guys I have sites which are 2 years old with good SERPs not able to make 5$ - 10$ / month. In theory is very very easy, buid it, promote it, wait the money to come...in practice harder. Unfortunatelly i can't help you because i can't help myself.
Here's a suggestion from my experience: Up your English (written, especially) a bit (no offense - I'm just trying to help you out) and start writing content as a freelancer. Right here on DP, I've had days where I've made $50+ by writing for less than 6 hours. Just to give you a heads-up, I started writing for $1 per 500 words. Today, I'm hitting anywhere between $7.5-10 per 500 words. What you would write on depends on what the clients want you to write. Make a nice offer, promise and deliver. Give them content that sells, and you've built an income stream that you can even leverage to work for you, without you doing it all (as in 100%) yourself. What I'm trying to say is you'll always have to work for money (at least sending out e-mails like the GURUs do), but your work load will reduce over time, if you've established yourself. With that said, start freelancing (my suggestion) either here on DP, or at GAF (www.getafreelancer.com) and you'll be hitting $5 a day in less than 48 hours (provided you're prepared for it).
