Is it possible to make at least $1000 from buying websites?

I have this idea.

I'm trying to save up money from my 9-5 job to buy established websites from DP and Sitepoint.
My goal is to be able to create an extra $1000 per month from the internet. Is that possible?

How do you buy a good website? What are the things we should look out for?

A site that is making $400 a month, but selling at $600. Do you think it's possible? Or it's just pure scam?

You should be careful over that, as I would most certainly assume it's a scam. Real business men/women will only sell their sites for 10-16 months of revenue if they were smart. This is to assume that everything will remain constant and the website will sustain it's income and possibly make more.

 

It's very much possible but be very careful cause there a lot of scammers in this business. Conduct your due dilligence thoroughly.
