The internet is abuzz how Twitter is a powerful tool for Internet Business. But is it possible to make any sales? Have any one of you been successful in selling through twitter? I usually use twitter to keep abreast of latest developments and interesting tweets. I get irritated seeing "earn money", etc Tweets. Wouldn't it be the same for all? Or is there any strategy?
