Is it possible to make 2 or more free sites in Wordpress by creating one username?

    If anyone have an account in wordpress.com and s/he wants 2 or more different sites in different topics such as “site1.wordpress.com” and “site2.wordpress.com”. Is it possible to create these sites? If possible, how?
