Just work at doing what you can. You are still in high school anyway, just keep working hard and keep making money. You will probably never be a billionaire, but who cares, you can still work at making a lot of money if that is your goal.
Yse, but you have to come up with an idea which anyone hasnt taken yet. A really fresh one like youtube, facebook wtc. Currently I have one in mind but it will require quite a lot of work and investment.

Yeah it is possible.. but dont go for such a big aim at once.. try smaller steps and you will reach to this target... (if you work harder). I have seen some guys in google adsense section of this forum who are earning about $500 on daily basis also i have met many guys who are earning some money from affiliate markets like cpalead etc.... So always think smarter and plan your every step.
