Suggestion Is It Possible To Implement This Into Dp Feedback System?

    From my personal experience, I do not like the new feedback process. I have been told it is automatic but I think it still requires some human intervention.
    I will take a case scenario I was involved in; I bought an item through instant pay or whatever it was called on the old system, there was error processing payments through DP systems, so I contacted seller to pay directly to which I did. Now because I have not paid through DP payments, I have a negative mark of non payment on my account through no fault of my own. Note that the seller did not complain of a non payment.
    And just out of curiosity, is there any system to protect buyers from sellers that do not deliver items bought. I bought an item on the old system that was sold to someone else and did not need to pay for it and as you guessed, an unpaid item is being displayed.
    I strongly believe that for the feedback process to function properly, let users submit feedbacks and open disputes manually. So, if I sell an item and don't get paid then I open unpaid item and if I buy an item and it doesn't get delivered, I open item not received.
    Just my thoughts.

    Hm, I agree. I cant get any feedback or give any one, even I did tens of trades from big change moment. If somebody is interesting about my services, he contacts me via Conversation and payment is direct, not via Instant Pay system.

    I agree with manual feedback system idea.
