    Hi ,
I am looking to make the following :
I will post a link on my website for another, the user clicks the url and is forwarded to the site but the Url and topbar of the site will not be shown as if it is masked or cut.

Is there anyway to do this ?

    Thanks

If I don't misunderstand you, you could just load the url within a frame / an iframe.
