Is it possible to hide the installed tracking software in Winidows 7 ?

    Can any one help me to get the answer?. Is it possible to Hide the installed tracking software in Windows 7 ?

    If I want to track my employees every browsing actions in their system I need to install tracking software, at the same time they should not know whether I installed the software in their system or not.
