Just have to designs of my website, to make sure which covert better, is it possible i do scripting, and some user can see A design and some can see B design. Or will it hurt the rankings etc?
It is only possible to have 1 visible homepage for your website which is picked up by the search engines. I would suggest keeping 1 main homepage as your Index page, and you can create a CSS Style which will control the design of the page. i.e. You can have the design change through the CSS file to your requirements.
There will be canonical issue if you use two homepage having same web content. Google treat one of them as duplicate page.
If you do SEO for both page, Google will treat those pages as duplicate.....better to make single page.
I agree that it is better to have only one index page and make some other kind of optimization for second option. Google will treat these suspicious and maybe like some kind of cheating of google spider.
hi fmirza, i do agree with devjeetsingh. if you have two home pages then it will be not good for seo as the main search engine which is google will treat your website content as a duplicate content. this will affect your SERPs results.

hi fmirza, website optimizer is a good tool provided by google to do split testing of your website design, you can use it efficiently by running Google AdWords campaigns where you will be paying google to bring traffic to your website. but to show your website in the SERPs (organic) your website's content will be treated as a duplicate content by google and it will be really hard for you to rank. i hope i have been able to answer to your query.
