I am facing serious problem not having paypal account. I lose sales.

Presently Paypal does not work in my country. One suggest me to open a bank account in those countries where paypal work.
Searching google I have found this site- www.get-your-company.com. They provide a service to non-resident to open bank account.
I have sent a mail asking them whether I will get paypal account with the bank account the help to open.

Here is what the administrator answered
yes you will but onlyif you open a business account with a US mail address.

and asking paypal I got the following reply

Unfortunately, Bangladesh is not a country that a PayPal account can be
opened from, even if you have a bank account in a PayPal approved
    country.
Below is information on the countries PayPal is approved in.

Too risky if you ask me.
I know someone in Eastern Europe who opened an account in a similar way and had his account frozen. I also paid someone else in Dubai a lot of money via Paypal, but it was held while his account was frozen for several weeks and then refunded to me incase of money laundering.

At the end of the day, Paypal would like nothing more than to shut you down and take your money, by opening an account, you're risking losing money. If you do it, I suggest you use a US proxy though.

    You can do:
    https://www.xoom.com/

Xoom.com accepts PayPal payments and it was created for countries that PayPal does not support. So basically it's like a PayPal account that accepts PayPal and credit card payments. :D

This is the alternative for you. I know a lot of foreigners who can't create a PayPal account but still does business through PayPal with Xoom.com :)

US Proxy = a mask to hide your IP and make it appear as though you were in the US, as IPs from non-Paypal countries leads to them investigating your account.

That Xoom.com thing looks a bit dodgy, it doesn't currently support sending money to the US or the UK? You could also possibly try www.clickbank.com, they can accept Paypal and Credit Cards for you.

Using a US Proxy on a site like PayPal is dodgy, and illegal.
Xoom.com is trustworthy - I've sent money to people there via PayPal and they receive and send money just fine. :)

If you have a foreign account ie say one in the USA, if you transact from Bangladesh and you enter into a transaction they will automatically pick up your IP address and freeze your account.

Ask a relative in another country to help you out ie by opening an account and carrying out your transactions.

I have used one of my relative's account to receive payment. He then told me that he would be in big trouble if he would be audited. He lives in usa. Is there any Income Tax involved with the payment he receives.?

US partner ok, but not US proxy IP.

If you ever log into your Paypal with a proxy, even one from your own country of residence, your account will be automatically suspended until you fax documentation.

Why? Its in their TOS that you agreed not to use any proxy.

Xoom com is not trustworthy. Someone sent me $80 via PayPal to Poland, I never got the money despite of dozens of emails, and he never got his money back.

right now you don't have to pay tax for receiving money via paypal. However, the government started to ask paypal to give out the trasaction detail..
