i want to apply to a college and have to apply using a credit card can any one help ?

 

Are you able to get a paypal debit card? If it has Visa or Mastercard logo on it, it can be used like a credit card.

 

you need to live in the US for the paypal debit card.

you can get a debit card at your local bank.just like he said,it's the same as a credit card.

I was in same boat once, when I had to apply for admission into a management institute in MP.. Last day of reg, Bank strike day, payment options = CC or Draft.. so I used a VCC with no problems..

apply for 2checkout a/c and then apply for payonner card get the card in 10 working days

then make a invoice of $ you need to trasver to your pp to 2checkout and wait for 3rd day of a week then will add your funds to your card

then use the physical master card to use it
