Is it possible to delete red rep you gave by mistake?

I am on 2 hours sleep and was distracted when I was giving rep to a couple of helpful posters in my thread here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=385273

I gave positive comments but clicked on negative rep :-(

If a moderator could delete those or change them to green rep I would greatly appreciate it.

 

I don't think Reps can be deleted or removed.
It can be removed or disabled (that rep) only if moderators have enough permissions.

Rep can not be changed. You also have lost a point for giving it. Did you not see the warning saying it would cost you a point? This is a good way to catch yourself before hitting the final button.

 

That's funny because sometimes I mean to leave a red for someone and forget to click the other button, and it ends up being a green because I hit enter too quick without changing it to red.

 

Which user was it for? Both of them had great posts... anyways, don't worry about it. I greened them for their posts

reps don't matter much, after 2-3 days you can agian give that person some reps, so bookmark him, and on another post of his, just add some greens later! cheers!

 

Thanks for the info all, I know it is not a really big deal I just felt like a real Ass because they were giving me helpful advice and I went along and gave them red rep...

 

Happened to me once as well. Felt like a real ass also - but it all works out.

 

Still won't let me give the green, says I gotta spread more rep around. I won't forget though
