What do you want to do with the jpg? Most likely you can create the changes in Photoshop, creating layers for the changes then save as a psd, but I think it would help if you provided a little information on the reason you wanted to change the jpg to a psd file.

of course you can convert, thats easy to do it in photoshop but you wont retain the original layers & effect of the image (just a flat image) lol :D

Once you flatten your PSD image and save as a jpg file you will not be able the get the layers from the jpg file. Always keep the psd file in case you want to edit your work later.

You can turn the jpg into psd but it will not have layers it will be flat. jpg does not support layers.

Just open in file in PS and Save As - PSD - simple.

It's not possible. Did you see that coming? :) However, I did find out that you can often change a PDF to a PSD. Simply open it up in Photoshop and often people have saved it so that it's still editable. Off topic, but still helpful, I hope.

Yes, it's just one flat layer, you cannot separate each shape/image like original .psd which have some layer

I dont think so but if there any way or tool to convert jpg to psd then I am sure that you will get only one layered image, which is similar to open a jpg image in photoshop and save it as psd.....

JPG doesn't keep the layers of the .psd files. This is one of the reasons why a .psd file is bigger than the outcome .jpg file.

actually you can't to directly convert JPG to PSD, you need open the jpg file and re-draw the file then u can save this file to PSD Format. that time you can get a psd file and all layer will be different.
