    to get a jpg to psd and have layers previously owned by that jpeg, no, that's not possible. but it is possible to open a jpeg, edit it, and then save it as a psd file.

    you need html of the template and not simply a picture of the template as a photoshop file. you can try exporting the psd file into adobe golive or something like that, but it sound like you only got an image of a template and not the actual template itself. so the answer is no you cant change a psd file to html.

    you cannot convert JPG to PSD.....impossible..The thing you can do is to recreate the design and save it as a .psd file

    psd is photoshop document. and jpg can,t be converted to psd.

    but i can create layers of a jpg file. let me know if you have some work.

    You can only select different areas of the image using photoshop and put them in different layers....

    Just open your jpeg file in photoshop and start drawing shaped like on image and you can get psd file. AND answer for question is no, you cant create psd from jpg but you can recreate image if you have skill. If you need some work PM me i can recreate psd from image.

    YES i agree too with those people ,you can open jpeg file in photoshop. and draw or eidt your image whetever you want to do. after that you can save this file as psd file.

    psd files are saved as JPG it's possible. Jpg file but can not convert a psd file to be a layer, but you can edit them and store them as psd files....:)

    PSD format allows you to store layer information that can be edit in Photoshop. Jpegs are flat images without layers. So the quick answer is yes, you can open and transform a Jpg into a PSD but you would not gain any layers of any extra information that you already had on your Jpeg file.

    I think you can cut position images you want and create new layer and save that on PSD file :)
