Is it possible to convert a blog into usual website with a new Domain.

    I have blog for movies with very good traffic.I would like to convert it into a usual website with ability for selected users to post movies.Thats selected registered users can only post in my site.Is it possible with or without converting the blog into a website with new domain.

    you can use wordpress or Joomla. selected users can have privileges to post videos

    Absolutely. Joomla, wordpress, and drupal all would work for this site.
