I'm not sure if I should even ask this question, but I don't seem to get email replies from my AM regarding some of my concerns and also info about the top performing offers etc... I tried calling them twice during office hours but can't get hold of anyone. Is it just me or am I getting this kind of treatment because I'm not from the US and haven't make a single cent with them?
I am sure the fact you have not made a cent with them has a lot to do with it. I doubt your country matters that much.
Yeah I never got replies from my AM when I first started since I didn't make anything with them. If you want answers or to change AM, just email their general support email and you'll get a faster reply.
