Is it possible to cash out check of a disable account?

Adsense team has disabled my account and give a check for my previous earnings. i submitted my check in bank to cash out but they return my check and said that "refer to maker".Now what can i do now?Please give me a solution.

If your account is disabled, you cant contact Adsense as they will just reply back with canned messages. But you can normally cash in if you received your check, I dont understand what does "refer to maker" means.

Just send the cheque through your bank for collection

 

before you could cash check that was mailed out before your account got banned. for about a year now, adsense doesn't allow you to cash the check on a canceled account. even if the check was mailed before the account was banned, you cannot cash the check. sorry, no one can help you with that

 

if your account was disabled for "Policy Violation" then you will be able to cash it, if disabled for "Invalid Clicks" then forget about Outstanding Money!

 

They banned you and the check has been cancelled by Google...sorry.

why you didn't go to the bank again and ask them what does that mean(refer to maker ?

This is more of a banking question I think. If your account is disabled, then you cant receive new checks, but existing checks you already received should be able to cash out just fine. I have never come across such a bank term as "refer to maker" you may want to ask the bank what they mean by it. Does it mean "refer to maker of the negotiable instrument" that means you will need to contact Google Inc Amphitheatre Parkway address. If they are not responding to your emails from adsense you may want to consider sending in a physical letter with proof of posting to google at their physical address so you can sue them for bounced checks are cause for legal action.

its true when your account gets disabled your check, western union, etc... automatically gets cancelled
the same happened to me i was waiting for clearing of the check after one of my accounts got banned.
the bank got a bouncing check

google cancelled it

 

thats really a news for me.because i knew before i read that google usually delete any account before the payment proccessing ,that is new they cancelled check after payment is send!

 

If they check has been issued than you can cashout
