Is it possible to build such a tool ?

    Is there such a tool that can make videos automically ? I want to make lots of them, a simple video with 2 -3 pictures like slideshow, I need some software/tool that can do this.If its possible to build such a tool and you can make it, please quote me a price and time frame.

    I see at Sourceforge scripts that makes flash videos "on-the-fly" so it is possible someone can build a tool for you unless you have enough PHP knowledge to try them on your own.

    I don't have any php knowledge, I need to make videos to upload to video sharing sites.I need to build videos in thousands, a simple video with 2-3 pictures.If its possible to make such a tool, I'm ready to get it.Please quote me price and tell me more details.
