Is it possible to build PR for a page like this?....

I joined a marketing thing and they gave me my own "website/URL" page. However. when I go to the URL it gets redirected to the homepage but takes note of user ID.
All I'm wondering is, would it be possible to build PR for this link http://myresorts360.com/resort360
The reason why I ask is because it gets redirected to /index. If I point a PR6 link to the URL listed above, would it increase the PR of my page or of the home page?
I hope that makes sense. My actual goal is for my page to rank higher on Google then the homepage. Mwa hahaha

It's not my website. They just gave me a subpage to send people to. The subpage is /resort360 but if you go there you'll be redirected to /index (the homepage). I want /resort360 to be a PR4 but before I start building links I want to know weather or not Google can even index this page.

This might be worded better... If Google finds URL "A" which is redirected to URL "B" which URl will Google index and give PR to?
    Thanks for any help
