I have a large Instagram account. With every photo and video that I post, I write a large caption/description. I am worried that none of this written content is backed up. I have all the photos and videos on my computer, but I would also like to back up all the written content that I have posted with the photos and videos. Does anyone know of any service that will allow me to back up my captions? I have searched all over the Web. There are many services that allow you to back up your photos and videos, but none that I could find that allow you to back up only your captions.
If you can't find an app for it, why not save your captions manually? There's MS Word or Excel you can use for free. Just some proper labeling, and you'll be good.
