Hi all Its been well documented that I know zip about web design so please be gentle on me. I am putting together a website using a free template and a wysiwyg editor, for a local amateur sports club, Hull Archery Club... The website is http://www.hullarcheryclub.co.uk... as well as the webpage they have a facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/HullArchery/ is it possible, or is there a free script available to take a feed from the facebook group and update it to the html page .. preferably a simple way that i'd be able to understand... something that shows maybe the last 15-20 posts.. maybe something similar for twitter too.. preferably something that wont hijack users with advertising. many thanks
Have you tried Wallflux.com? From their website: With Wallflux-feeds you can show the latest news from your page or group on your website, follow your page in a feed reader, or add the events of your group to your online calendar.
It's possible to program manually approaching the wall content of a Facebook group, but you will require an access_token, obtained from a Facebook Connect button. Get it from the graph API explorer from the Facebook developer site.
