is it possible that some one with a cc load my payoneer card .

    I have contacted a friend , he said that he can load my payoneer card with his cc , is it possible ??? , and what kind of informations about my payoneer card must I give to him . " he don't have a payoneer card "

    He would just need your email address associated with your payoneer card or your payoneer card number.

    Then have him go to http://www.payoneer.com and click on the 'I want to load money to a card'. Then follow through on that. He would then need to verify his credit card by submitting some documents which payoneer requires. Once that is done, you should be notified and get the money within 3 to 5 working days.

    If he is your friend then it is ok otherwise trusting other people can lead to chargeback and other problems as well.
