Is It Possible - Like

Hi, i am thinking about adding a custom built app to my Facebook business page. 1,500 people have liked my business page. It it possible that users can like the app if i add it too OR do users just have the ability to like the business page only, thanks in advance for your help...

 

NO, they can like only the fanpage, not the app as a separate unit.

 

I have done some research into this... you can like the App too

 

It is not possible, I have tried it, I went to a app in a page that I had previously liked. In the app, it displayed "Liked" on the top right corner, then I unliked from there. Then when I returned to the main screen of the page, The page got unliked too. This means that both of these are integrated. So, people who have liked your page cannot like the app separately.

The games that you like are actually the fanpages of the respective games. You think that you liked the game but what you actually liked was the fanpage of the game!
