Is it possible for me to move my blog from blogger to wordpress myself?

    hi everyone.

    After some little issues, i decided to migrate my blog to wordpress but was scared of losing my traffic and feed subscribers, so i tried to get someone to do it for me, and was charged 220dollars for this.

    After all the hassles, the transaction had a problem, and now i am stuck. Since this wont be possible., is it possible for me (am not to techsavy) to move my blog to wordpress myself?

    Anyone who has done it who is willing to give me advice and step by step guidiance for free? thanks
