I was banned from google adsence, and I own a site so I got my friend to make an adsence account so He can put it on my site and earn $$ then we can split it :) Will this work? Or will he get banned too?

I would say there is a high probability that he will be banned as well.

In most cases,he will be banned. If you have been banned,so your site would be in their "Blacklist".After he reaches the $100 mark,Google would ban his account in general..

You should find out why you were banned in the first place, and then change your site and then ask to be reincluded.

Maybe you should email the AdSense team and ask them about it.

If his acc is new then maybe he'll be banned. For something likes "relate to a banned account for invalid activities".

Email and/or Contact Google Adsense and try and find out why you were banned in the first place!

What gets me is that google always seems to send out warnings and notices to website owners FIRST, before they ban them.

I remember, waaaay back when.... when I told google that I had been clicking on my own ads only because I wasn't careful enough to read the terms and policies. I apologized for my actions and insured them that I wouldn't do it again. Google didn't ban me. In fact, I was actually put in touch with a human person and they helped me to further get started.

Everyone wants to make money! But, going to your friends, family, co-workers, etc... and telling them to click on your ads is bound to get you banned. Google is smarter and they can and do track everything! Don't try and cheat the system and you'll always be fine!

Further, my suggestion, if you've been banned is to try again with a fresh start. I wouldn't try and use other people's names, etc... Build a good and solid reputation for yourself.

In the spring I got warned by Google. All I said on my message board was that I would donate my adsense earnings to a boy who's family's house burned down and he needed a new wheel chair. I didn't say to click them but I guess it was enough incentive to click the ads and I got warned. Still using them though.

    Rez-G,

Geeeez..., you're right - that doesn't seem fair, at all! I hate it for you! Especially since I know that I did that when I first started out and I contacted google and instead of them banning me, they helped me out.

This was early on with the google adsense thing. Maybe that's why.

I just really feel awful for you! Clicking once or twice or even more is an accident just waiting to happen! What website owner hasn't done it???? Really, find me one!

Well, if I were you I'd sit down and write a professional letter that reflects your true self and "respectfully request" that you be given another chance and/or start....

Email me or PM me, I'm going to go ahead and come up with a few different letter/drafts regarding this issue for other to use. I just hate this for you! Don't give up!
