Is it okay to use magazine articles?

    Just wondering if its legal to put articles from magazine and state the source on web page?

    Attribution doesn't give you cart-blanche with someone's work.

    Copying full content is not permitted. How about quoting bits and pieces from the article? How do we state the acknowledgement to the copyright holder.
