Is it okay to join one of these link sites?

    Do you see any problem participating in a site such as http://www.gotop.com/ ? There are some well-respected sites listed there, such as the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Does Google penalize for being listed as a link partner on these sites?

    Why not, though you have to pay 29.95$. And you should know if that site is not backlisted.
