    "Hey guys..." what's this only wanting only mens opinions? Anyway if the couple broke up due to infidelity you can forget friendship after...not happening.If one of the couple didn't want the breakup it's not possible to have a friendship after either due to hurt feelings.If the relationship broke up due to a mutual agreement that there was incompatability in the relationship,then friendship is possible.
    I am friends with an ex because he left me due to my bad temper.I couldn't deny that he was right.So even though his girlfriend hates the idea we are still friends.

    I feel even if there was mutual consent in break up..staying in touch can ignite the fire again and may lead to complications.

    It's better to put the past behind.

    I've finally found my way, say goodbye to yesterday . . .

    @w3bmaster
    So if someone doesn't agree with your views they are wrong by default and "retarded"? A mind my friend is like a parachute,it works better when it's open.

    I'm sure that there is nothing wrong in such relationships and people should be friends, but not enemies. Friendly dating with sharing news and relaxing from family life is not so bad in deed and can bring fresh ideas in any family life.
