Is it okay to have different extensions at one site for google ranking ?

    I have one site where I needed to have 2 extensions. php and html . Does this affect in any way rankings at search engines(negatively) or its okay ?

    There shouldn't be any problems at all with doing this. Really you don't need html though. You can name a regular html file .php.
