is it okay to have adsense on this site ?

I am about to install a script similar to the one that I am wondering if it is okay to place adsense ADs on it,
before giving the url, there are 2 facts I would like to mention:

1.) the script claims that what he is doing is legal and nothing wrong with linking to rapidshare, megadownload, ... etc

2.) he already installed adsense in the script

by 1 & 2 above; the obvious answer is ; YES it is fine ; HOWEVER I am still not sure because he is streaming clips from sites that themselves are not fully comply with adsense ADs (e.g. rapidshare? ) then how come this is legal with adsens ??

please any advice on this?

Yes that banner is a Google ad. Maybe he has just not gotten caught yet. There are many sites and it takes time to enforce them all. You can run Adsense on sites with Adult content.

 

Good point! however my main concern is related to the actual content itself, is it okay to stream videos from websites that are prohibited by google themselves , he is linking to rapidshare, mega videos, ... in which they are full of illegal videos already
