    Is it ok to get traffic from orkut and myspace.I have heard that it is against googe TOS.

    it should be ok as far as you are not spamming each and every member account sending them pms and scraps to look into ur website, if u have link of ur url in ur profile thats fair enough.

    Auto surfs and stuff like that are against AdSense' ToS, not traffic from legitimate sites.
