    can i get traffic to my webiste or blog from traffic generating affiliate programs?
    is it ok? will my adsense account be banned?

    The traffic you get from programs like the one your talking about are only cross-php files, flitering to a different ip proxy each and every pageview from the same computer

    Google view the automatically generated and artificial traffic seriously and your adsense account will be in jeopardy for doing so. Aim for the search engine traffic and build good contents and seo for a focused traffic :)
