    Hello,

I searched google and didnt find any information about it.

But is it Ok to use XXXXXXinc.com in domain name without having incorporated under any state in US.

XXXXXX is just a general term with no Registered trademark.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks.

Feel free to register as long as the XXXX is no trademark. Good luck with your domain search.

What will happen if someone in the future goes and registers "XXXXXXX" as incorporation.. Highly unlikely but still!

Good question. As I know, if the domain is registered before the trademark was issued, then you keep the domain - as it comes under unintentional violation. The court will be in your favour in such instance.

I don't know the legal ramification or if there is one. However when inc follows a name it is generally accepted and implies the entity has Incorporated and may be seen by the FTC as misleading. This may also cause you additional problems if legal action is ever filed against you and you haven't incorporated. The same for Corp (corporation) or LLC (limited liability company) etc. There is nothing stopping you from buying the domain. Personally I wouldn't do it.
