Is it ok to submit individual post from your blog to Directories and Bookmarkings?

Do you have to submit the entire blog URL or can you also submit the individual post in your blog also? I have already submitted my entire blog to directories and Bookmarkings,but not individual post.

 

Yeah you can do both ways..
Submitting the individual posts on bookmarking sites are quite effective

I have submitted my entire blog URL, but not the individual post because i was worried they would consider that spam.

 

I used to submit each new post to digg,propeller and stumble and for some of the interesting posts i get 300-400 uniques a day... social bookmarking gives more unique visitor than search engine for one of my blog. But the post you are submitting to bookmarking site should have really interesting, knowledgeable and good content. Then only you can expect a good traffic.

You can submit both main page and inner pages but few of directories are not allowed inner page submission..So please don't waste your time to submit inner pages in directories...Yes, you can submit inner pages in social bookmarking sites...there is not any restriction...Thanks

submitting the homepage means the content keeps changing but individual posts means you give the reader what the headline says...

If you are NOT submitting each individual post then someone else is getting YOUR traffic.
