Hi, I am pretty to new to the business and please need your experience. I was wondering if you can use buttons to redirect a user via an affiliate website. For example can I cover a textual affiliate link with a "More info here" button if the text is not suiting my needs. thank you for your answer.
You could always ask the affiliate program. I sometimes do such things, but they may prefer to keep urls separated by type simply for tracking. It never hurts to develop a relationship with a rep. hmm did I say never? well... it could hurt if they snowed you into spending all your time on a worthless program.
