Is it ok to put adsense on sites with very low traffic?

    One of the sites I have has only 2-3 visitors per day. Is it ok to put adsense there?

    As long as the traffic is legit I don't see any reason why adsense can't be put there.

    Yeah, I don't think it would make a difference. You might not make a lot of money, but there's no law against doing so as far as I know. :)
