Is it OK to put a GUID in the URL?

    I want to use GUIDs as a PK in my database and interested in using it in the URL. can I do this without affecting SEO?

    Yes you can, SE are getting smarter and could understand your URL's but maybe you should read more about those subjects:
    1- URL Rewriting
    2- URL Redirecting
    3- URL Canalization

    And properly use the new html tag related to the 3rd subject ;)
