Would you ever open 200 newspaper companies to make a point?

It's not good for SEO because it looks like (and is) spam. If you change up the paragraphs for each site it's fine but that's a lot of work of course. ;)

What is blogging platform you use? Blogspot.com?

If you post the same article to 200 different Blogspots, Google will consider those as spamming. Blogspot is part of Google.

I suggest you to submit the same article to different 200 article directories. Google and other search engines will be index all article directories for the article in order to gaining backlinks.

No, not if the articles are exactly the same. It is bad for SEO because it is duplicate content and it appears as spam. You can use the same article, but you must rewrite it differently every time so it is never EXACTLY the same. Every sentence should be worded a little differently.

Yep, re-wording articles is the way to bypass this.

you will be penalized for duplicate content. as simple as that. Besides, you won't add a great value because I presume all your 200 blogs shall be new, and each will be a PR 0 site!
