    No. The plus signs imply that by clicking them, the items in the ad list will expand on an existing page when in truth, they take the visitor to a different page. That encourages people to click the ad links which is a violation of adsense TOS and policy.

    if you make that as box probably its ok. because u making those signs in only left side so it may be considered as illegal

    Me too, I tried put image ads on google placement....but its not working... they says its not correct... so what i doing now is i also tried to figure out... why

    I'm sure that it's against the rules. As the person above me said, the + is usually used to open up a page on the site, and it's clearly being used to gain ad clicks.
