Is it OK to have a referral right above my slide show?

When I put my adsense referral in at the bottom of my blog it is sitting right on top of a slide show I have in there. Is it OK to have it that close. People might think the referral has something to do with the slide show. Tell me what you think. All I am worried about is if it is breaking TOS. Look at the very bottom of the blog is where I am talking about.

Location looks ok for that: But I do believe you are only supposed to have 1 referral button per page.
Same may also be true for the search box but could not find confirmation on that.

 

I'll check I printed out the rules for that. I thought I read I could have three referrals.

 

OK it says "A single referral button per product may be placed on a page." So someone else told me I could have three of them when they looked at my blog. So what does that mean per product? It also says a maximum of two google search boxes so those two I have are fine.

 

A single referral button per product may be placed on a page means that you should not place two buttons for the same referral. In general you may have one button for AdSense, one for Firefox and one for AdWords. In your case you duplicate AdSense button. And this is TOS violation

 

I think that only one search box is allowed on web page.
