I was wondering if it was ok to digg or stumble all new content pages. I am not talking spamming maybe if I update 4 times a week, submitting those 4 new pages a week to digg & stumbleupon. Just wondering if google and yahoo like this and if its good for serps content pages?, are ok with it?, or don't like it?

Shouldn't be a problem. I know that Digg have banned some users who have promoted 20 of their personal site pages in one go, but just spread your postings out like you suggest. Love the sites by the way

If you post too frequently to digg you will be banned.

It helps if you spread it out over several days.

Also, it helps if you digg other sites other than your own.

It also helps if you open more than one account with digg (and other bookmarking sites) and rotate them.

If you spread your submissions it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

NO, not at all OK, You will most likely do more harm to yourself. Digg may ban your account and site. Stumbleupon only allows limited stumble from a site. Check How to use stumbleupon smartly to know more about it.
