Is it ok if some one is showing google ads for another companies' brand name

    hi..need quick solution please.

    I was searching for "matrix" keyword to find matrix movie series,
    but when i saw that some one is showing Google PPC ads in sponsored sections on Google Serp's the website is "www.Clay.co.in":mad:

    My concerned is:

    1. If i have domain name as "matrix.com"
    2. If someone is showing ads for my keywords "matrix"
    3. As my company has been registered with the same name from last 9-10 yrs.
    4. So does Google allows to show the ads for another companies brand name.:confused:
    5. Most important fact is "www.Clay.co.in" doesn't have any relation to "matrix.com"..than how it can missuses the other brand name.:eek:

    Just need your mature and concreted decision so one can take proper actions against such specious creatures on the web.:cool:

    And i can clear myself for future decisions.
