Well it is not decent and usually many members gets such rep, i think you should contact the mods regarding it but i don't think they can remove it.
Nothing you can do and mods will not remove rep. Rep is a person's opinion of you and they pretty much can write what they want even though it may be vulgar or immature.

We have quite a lot of buffoons like that in DP. Best way is to let it go, and move on. If you know who did this to you, red rep them back if you feel like it. Nothing more you can do, and certainly not start a thread about it.
